We are where we are! Deal with it! Wow, that's tough. Right now we're looking too far ahead, puzzling over too many variables, and fooling ourselves that we can come up with a plan to help Sarah recover.

Sarah has to come up with that plan and we have to find our place in her plan. At least that seems the intellectual approach.
